Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipping or production begins. Once a custom order is completed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns (if applicable)

Custom Items: Custom curtains and shades are made specifically for your needs and cannot be resold. Returns are generally not accepted unless there's a quality issue. If you wish to return within 30 days of receipt, a 70% refund will be issued.

For defects like incorrect size or color caused by our mistake, please contact us within 30 days. We will remake it for free or refund your full amount.

If measurement errors are on your end, we’ll assist with solutions. For instance, we can resize wider panels. For irreversible issues like narrow or short curtains, we offer 50% off a replacement set within 30 days of receipt.

Custom curtain rods are considered custom items and are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-custom Items:

Adjustable drapery hardware and accessories may be returned in original packaging, with the customer responsible for return shipping. Swatches and sample booklets are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with the credit issued to your original payment method within 3-10 days.

Return Shipping Costs

For quality-related returns, Freshine covers shipping costs. Customers are not charged restocking fees for returns.

Late or Missing Refunds
