3. Review Your Order: Double-check your items. Change the quantity or remove anything if you need to. When you're ready, click "CHECK OUT" to move forward.
4. Shipping & Payment Info: Give us your shipping address, choose your preferred shipping method, and enter your payment details.
5. Place Your Order: Look over your order one last time, put in a discount code if you have one, and click "Pay now" to finalize your purchase.

No, our curtains are unlined by default. However, linings are available for custom orders. The lining will be approximately 1.25" shorter than the curtain panel. Contact us with any specific lining requests.

Yes, we can create extra-large curtains. Solid color curtains can be made to any size, but if either dimension (width or length) is greater than 104 inches, the fabric will need to be spliced, which may result in visible vertical seams. Patterned curtains have a maximum length of 104 inches. If a longer length is needed, the pattern will be rotated 90 degrees.

No, you will receive only one panel. Our curtains are sold individually.

Yes, we offer Fabric Swatches so you can see the material and colors in person before placing a larger order.Here's how it works:

• Fabric Swatches: You can order up to 5 Fabric Swatches for free. There is a small shipping fee of $6.99.
• More Swatches: Need more than 5 swatches? You can place another swatch order.
• Swatch Credit: The $6.99 shipping fee you pay for your swatches will be credited towards your final curtain order.

Important Note:

• Color Variation: Please keep in mind that due to differences in printing batches, screen brightness, and screen resolution, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on our website.
• Highly Recommended: If exact color matching is critical, we strongly encourage you to order swatches to confirm the color before placing your final curtain order.

We recommend gentle cycle machine washing in cold water, or hand washing. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Wipe clean or dry clean. Steam iron while the fabric is still damp. Larger curtains may become heavy when wet, so a heavy-duty washing machine is recommended. If ironing, use a low heat setting to avoid damage.

Unlined curtains are more susceptible to sun damage and fading. Lined curtains offer superior protection, extending the life of your curtains. They also improve the drape and enhance the overall look of your room.

If you're ordering standard-sized curtains (24"W x 60"L or larger), matching tie-backs are included free of charge. Sheer curtains do not come with tie-backs.

Yes, they include adjustable white hooks. You only need to buy rings or clips.

The pleats on your curtains are spaced about 5 inches apart. You'll need one ring for each space, plus one extra ring at the end. A 52-inch wide section would need 12 rings.

Yes! Our custom curtains work perfectly with tracks. The pinch pleat or euro pleat header styles are ideal for this. Plus, they come with free adjustable hooks for easy hanging.

Wrap the tieback around your curtains and connect the loops at each end to the hooks.

Simply pull the hook down to the desired position. To raise it, pull it all the way down and reinsert the adjustable part.

While technically possible, it's generally not a good idea. A lining can make sheer curtains bulky and reduce the amount of light they let through. If you want more privacy or light control, consider semi-sheer or linen curtains instead.

Memory training for drapery is a specialized technique that ensures curtains retain their pleats and structure, maintaining a crisp and elegant look whether open or closed. Roman shades offer both inside and outside mounting options. Inside mounts fit neatly inside the window frame, showcasing the frame. Outside mounts are installed above the frame, creating a more dramatic effect and potentially making windows appear larger.

Regular dusting with a soft cloth or brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner is recommended. Do not use water, as it can harm the bamboo.

Bamboo shades provide varying levels of light blockage.Some offer light filtering, while others with blackout lining can darken a room. However, they generally don't block as much light as blackout curtains or shades.

Minor color variations may occur due to dye batch differences, lighting conditions, and monitor settings. To ensure accuracy, all fabrics for each order come from the same dye lot, and we recommend ordering free Fabric Swatches to see the true color in your own space before purchasing.

We do not currently offer COM service. To ensure the best quality for our curtains, we use only our carefully selected fabrics.

Please note that during holidays, processing times can increase, potentially adding up to 45 business days to the total delivery time.

UPS, DHL or FedEx handle our custom orders, while USPS is used for most swatch orders.

After you confirm the refund amount, our team will submit the request within one business day. We'll then send you an email confirmation. It usually takes 1-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your payment account, as processing times vary between banks.
