Delivery Time

Custom curtains are crafted to your specifications. Delivery consists of two stages:

Shipping Time 5–7 Business Days 7–10 Business Days
Total Delivery Time 10–17 Business Days 20–45 Business Days
  • Free swatches: Delivered within 5 business days.
  • Note: Delivery time is estimated on the checkout page.

Shipping Fee

  • FREE SHIPPING is available for all custom curtain orders within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

  • Custom curtains: Shipped via FedEx or DHL.
  • Free fabric swatches: Shipped via USPS.

Shipping Address

  • We deliver fabric swatches to PO boxes.
  • Curtain and hardware orders: Cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Despite our quality checks, issues may occur during transit. If your package is damaged or lost:

  1. Take photos of the damage or describe the loss.
  2. Report the issue to the carrier:

    • DHL: 1-800-225-5345 (US) / 1-855-345-7447 (Canada)
  3. Email us at support@freshinelife.com with details and photos.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier and assist in locating or remaking your items.
