How It Works

1. Select the correct width type based on your window style.

• Standard Window:
  Enter the total width of the curtain coverage.

• Corner Window:
  Enter the widths of two sections, labeled X and Y, measured from left to right.

• Bay Window:
  Enter the widths of three sections, labeled X, Y, and Z, measured from left to right.

2. Important Note on Rings vs. Runners
   Please note that center brackets prevent curtain rings from sliding past them.
   Runners glide freely and are not affected by brackets, allowing smooth, continuous movement.

Installation Tips

• Screws are M4/M5 size — please use a slightly smaller drill bit for pilot holes.
• Choose the right screw type:
  • For hollow walls (metal, wood, drywall): use regular screws.
  • For solid walls (concrete, brick): use expansion screws.

Color Options

Available in Matte Black, Matte White, Antique Bronze, Satin Nickel and Brushed Brass.
All accessories — brackets, finials, and rings — will match the rod color.

Custom Rod Width

Each rod is custom-cut to fit your window perfectly. We recommend extending the rod 2–15 inches beyond the window frame on each side for better light coverage, and keeping at least 1 inch away from the wall.

Please allow a width tolerance of 1–2 cm due to manual cutting.

Flexible Use

• 2 brackets if < 63"; 3 brackets if 63" ≤ width < 157"; 4 brackets if 157" ≤ width < 236"; 5 brackets if 236" ≤ width < 315"; 6 brackets if 315" ≤ width < 354".
• Each bracket supports 22 lbs — choose the quantity based on your curtain weight.
• Note: The middle bracket blocks ring movement. Use 2 panels for 3 brackets, 3 panels for 4 brackets, and 4 panels for 5 brackets. If you’re using runners, there’s no need to worry—runners glide freely and are not affected by brackets, allowing smooth, uninterrupted operation.

Flexible Runner Options

Choose from three runner styles to suit your curtain header:

• Curtain Rings: 1 ring per 4"

• Pinch Pleat Runners: 1 runner per 4"

• Ripple Fold Buckle Runners:

  • Buckle-style runners designed for ripple fold curtains

  • Runners span the full rod width

  • Fixed runner spacing of 2 3/8" for a consistent ripple-fold look

Size Guide

• Standard Windows:
  Measure the width of your window, then add 2"–15" on each side based on your desired curtain coverage.

• Corner Windows:
  Measure from the corner to the window on each wall, then add 2"–15" on both sides for proper overlap.

• Bay Windows:
  Measure from the corner to the window on the left and right side walls, adding 2"–15" on each side.
  Then measure the full width of the center wall.

Return Policy

Each rod is customized to your requested width. As such, returns are not accepted for sizing issues.

3-Year Warranty

Freshine offers a 3-year warranty on all rods and rod accessories. Each rod is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the date of order.
