We have a wide bay window in the dining room that was impossible to fit with store-bought shades. The custom sizing from Freshine nailed it — the shade sits flush inside the frame with no gaps. The linen-blend has a lovely weight and the folds fall straight instead of looking limp. Light is soft in the afternoon but we still get plenty of brightness. Took about twelve days from order to delivery.

The blinds seem well-made, but. . .

The blinds seem well-made, but one of the cassettes (not sure if that's the correct term -- the spring loaded part at the top) is bent. The twist in the extrusion made it very difficult to install. Also, what is the little white plastic tool that came with each set of hardware? There were no instructions included, and I saw no mention of this piece when I watched installation videos. Other than that, Freshine is the only place I found that can supply 70"-long blinds.
