Product Requirements: Freshine Custom Drapery

What We Will Do

Repair or Replace. If Freshine determines a product defect is covered by this warranty, Freshine will, at its option, either repair the product or replace it at no charge to you.

Product Discontinuation. If a covered replacement is required for a product that has been discontinued, Freshine will provide a substitute that closely matches the original. For multi-shade or multi-item orders, only the defective item will be repaired or replaced. Every reasonable effort will be made to match the original specifications.
