No, our curtains are unlined by default. Linings are available for custom orders; the lining will be approximately 1.25" shorter than the curtain panel. Contact us with any specific lining requests.

Do you offer extra-large curtains? What are the size limitations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we make extra-large and extra-long curtains. Most fabrics go up to about 360" wide and 240" long. For lengths over 102", the fabric is rotated 90° to reach the required length; oversized panels may also be spliced, which can create visible seams. Exact limits vary by fabric and style, so check the specifications on each product page.

If I order a quantity of 1, will I receive two curtain panels?

Yes — we offer fabric swatches so you can see the material and colors in person. Swatches ship free, and the amount you pay is credited toward your final curtain order. Note that due to printing batches, screen brightness, and resolution, the actual color may vary slightly from the website. If exact color matching is critical, we strongly recommend ordering swatches first.

How do I wash and care for my curtains?

We recommend gentle machine washing in cold water, or hand washing. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Wipe clean or dry clean. Steam iron while the fabric is still damp. Larger curtains may get heavy when wet, so a heavy-duty washer is recommended; if ironing, use low heat.

What's the difference between lined and unlined curtains?

Accepted Answer

Unlined curtains are more susceptible to sun damage and fading. Lined curtains offer better protection, extend the life of the fabric, and improve the drape and overall look of the room.

I'd like tie-backs that match my curtains. How do I order them?

I'm ordering Pinch Pleat / Euro Pleat curtains. Do they come with hooks?

Yes — pinch pleat and euro pleat curtains come with plastic adjustable pin hooks, which let you adjust the length within 1 inch. You'll still need to buy rings or clips separately.

How many rings should I buy for the pinch pleat hooks?

You'll need one ring per pleat. As a guide, our pleated curtains use roughly these pleat counts: 10 pleats for a 50" width, 13 for 72", 15 for 84", 19 for 100", 21 for 110", 23 for 120", and 27 for 150". Yes. Every Freshine custom curtain is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship, failure to operate under normal use, and fabric delamination. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, sun exposure, or fading. Motorized products include a 3-year warranty on motors and control components.
